Hey👋👋
Hi, My name is Don, Personal Trainer working at Anytime Fitness Ampang Point,I have been active in sports since young and decided to be a personal trainer in very early age. Im already almost 9yrs in fitness industry. My first career as a personal trainer is with celebrity fitness (5 yrs) and chi fitness (1 yr), and currently I’m working with anytime fitness 2yrs 4 months. .

😎I’m certified as Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Wellness Trainer, National Academy Of Sport Medicine (NASM), MMA Level 1, VIPR, BOSU, Barefoot level 1, Rotation Movement Training and Techno gym functional.

🧐I have experienced working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, wellness coaching and endurance training.

😀I’m hugely appreciate it if you are following me, the fact that i even have a snippet of your attention and that you are reading this means the world to me.

🧔🏼 Either way i’m just a normal bloke with a passion for fitness and it’s always been that way. I genuinely think that becoming a personal trainer is the job that i was meant to do! It took me a little while to figure out but now I understand.

🌏 I want to help a ton of people achieve their fitness goals and aspirations. In a world overloaded with information and misconceptions it can get really confusing out there. I want to irradiate the bullcrap and help people clearly see the route they need to take to get in shape.

📱 I’ve been promoting myself on social media for a while now and I actually thoroughly enjoy making content, especially when that content helps someone! .
